While the concurrently released Q series (such as the DMC-Q55) adopted a lightweight, slim, rounded design aimed at women, the S33 boasts a sharper, square design and strong color, giving it a more unisex and sophisticated feel.

The subsequent **T series (such as the DMC-T55)**, featured improvements in specifications such as a digital amplifier and faster track skipping, but it also increased in size and adopted a more subdued design, diverging from the S33's bold personality.

This is a fully functional unit, tested and confirmed working with AA and AAA batteries.
While in good condition, it is a used item and does have some scratches.
