Item is used but overall cosmetically in very good condition! All features work including the clock, alarm, and sounds.
The sound is a bit on the softer and doesn't get as loud as it used to. The sax used to be permanently affixed to the wolf's chest area but has broken off and is a little loose.

There is no battery cover for the bottom (I do not remember if one originally existed). Please see all the photos!

The listing does not include the 3 x AA batteries which are required to power the clock.

The sound / alarm can be turned on / off by using the heart on his chest.
