Since this was molded with the lid on, it may have imperfections at the gap between the lid and head of the bear.Pour resin up to the bottom of the hand, tape the hole shut, turn the mold around to initially coat the ears & entire surface before putting under UV light while constantly turning it to ensure an even coat. Practice makes perfect. Make sure the resin is hard and not pliable or brittle before demolding. Take tape off, pull the silicon sideways off the entire lid and ears while simultaneously pushing it out from the bottom. Once you have freed the head, grab securely and wiggle it out. Alternatively, you can make a small cut on the mold to make it easier to demold.
